Sissy Feida Interiors is the brand and trade name of the company under the name ‘KIKU DESIGN IKE’, registered in Chalandri, Greece. The website www.sissyfeida.com including the e-shop is operated only by Sissy Feida Interiors who have the exclusive right of commercial use of Sissy Feida Interiors products and designs. The consumers should accept ‘Terms & Conditions’ in order to complete their order on www.sissyfeida.com.

The whole content of the website, including graphics, text, photographs, logos, trademarks as well as all products and designs listed on our e-shop are all property of Sissy Feida Interiors. Therefore, you may not download, modify, publish, reproduce, distribute, transmit, transfer or sell any part of the website/e-shop without written authorization from Sissy Feida Interiors.

Sissy Feida Interiors reserves the right to change or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Therefore, we encourage you to review these terms of use whenever you use our website. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions, do not use the Sissy Feida Interiors website.

Regarding the product photos shown on our e-shop, please bear in mind that colors may slightly different from actual colors due to the lighting during photo shooting or your monitor’s resolution and settings.

Those who engage in transactions with Sissy Feida Interiors by purchasing our products online, are asked to provide additional information, including the personal and credit card details, required for the transaction process.

With your authorization, Sissy Feida Interiors may need to share your personal information with third parties, to provide services such as advising you about our new collections, special offers or processing credit card payments.

However, third parties are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of personal data and are not authorized to use personal information for any purpose other than providing those services.

 

PRICES & PAYMENTS

Product prices listed on www.sissyfeida.com are in Euros, include VAT and are subject to change without notice.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of our service.

Our e-shop supports credit or debit card payments through Viva Wallet’s secure platform accepting Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex or via PayPal.

Non-EU shipments may be subject to any charges due to exchange rate differences, local import taxes, duties and handling fees for which Sissy Feida Interiors are not responsible. Please contact your local Customs Office for further information about those charges for your country.

 

SHIPPING

We try our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. All our products are designed and crafted with love in Greece and packed in our signature packaging with care for safe delivery. Once the order payment has been verified, you will be notified by email about your order and estimated delivery times.

We ship our products using Speedex (domestic shippings) and DHL (international shippings). As most of our items are made to order, we need some time to craft your product, so delivery time will be within 5-25 working days, depending on destination country.

Verified orders during weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day. For furniture, rugs and large items please contact [email protected] to be advised about shipping and delivery times.

Delivery outside EU may be subject to local import taxes, duties and handling fees for which Sissy Feida Interiors are not responsible.
Please contact your local Customs Office for further information about those charges for your country.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

To modify or cancel an order, please contact us via [email protected] within 3 working days from the day you received the confirmation email, including your order number. However, we are unable to cancel or change requests once the order has entered the shipping process.

You are advised to check your product carefully upon delivery, so please let us know if something is wrong with the purchase you received, by sending us a photo of the item at [email protected] once you unpack.

In the event of return approval, you will receive a confirmation email with more details about the return process.
Returns must be received in original condition and in the original packaging within 10 working days of receipt. Used, broken, washed or damaged items cannot be returned.

Returned items will be checked and in the event of return approval, refunds are credited in the original form of payment.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. For all eligible returns, customers are responsible for shipping and delivery charges. Furniture, rugs, final sales as well as customized orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
